And how would you feel?

Yes, I ask how you react, knowing tonight you die.

Would you sit in depression wondering why?
Or use your last hours to reach for the sky?
Do you call all those you have done wrong?
Or act the same you did all along?

Would you make love to the one closest to your heart?
Or become bitter, angry, and tart.
After you knew would you call to the Heavens?
Hoping God would grant your late pardons.
Perhaps you would try to deal with lucifer,
Give your soul and not get what you bargained for.

The point I make is sweet and short,
Do your best to make things good, anger be a last resort.
Love those who love you,
And, even with your enemy, always remain true.
